Meet Our Founders

Danielle Morgan Co-Founder & Educational Director

Danielle brings over 20 years of experience working with students facing academic challenges. With a master’s degree in psychology from San Jose State University, she combines her expertise in learning and behavior with innovative strategies to help students succeed. Danielle’s deep understanding of educational psychology has guided her in developing tailored learning programs and empowering families to navigate academic hurdles.

Danielle's passion lies in designing cutting-edge curriculum and teaching instructors how to implement these programs effectively. Her collaborative spirit and dedication to individualized learning ensure that Thriving Minds is a place where every student feels supported and inspired.

Co-Founder & Educational Director Acknowledgment of Andie Rich

​

Andie holds a teaching credential specializing in mild to moderate disabilities and a master’s degree in special education from Santa Clara University. Her diverse teaching experience spans public, non-public, and charter schools, as well as in-home instruction. At the heart of Andie’s work is a dedication to supporting children with learning disabilities and other challenges, ensuring they have the tools and encouragement needed to succeed.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Andie, who co-founded Thriving Minds and played an instrumental role in shaping the foundation of our learning center. Her dedication, expertise, and vision helped establish a thriving community of learners and educators.

While Andie is no longer with the company, her impact continues to inspire the work we do every day. We honor her contributions and remain committed to upholding the values and mission that we built together.

Drawing from decades of experience and research, Danielle and Andie crafted a unique approach to education, combining personalized learning strategies with a focus on emotional well-being.

Since its inception, Thriving Minds has grown into a trusted resource for families, offering academic consultations, tailored tutoring, and innovative programs that foster success in and out of the classroom.
